Red Light Therapy Spa LLC Refund Policy for Wellness Services

Effective Date: December 2025

At Red Light Therapy Spa LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based wellness services, including red light therapy (RLT) with Contour Light, chiropractic care, lymphatic drainage massage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, dry needling, IV therapies, medical weight loss, sexual health consultations, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).

We prioritize client satisfaction and safety while recognizing that wellness outcomes — especially with red light therapy — are gradual, systemic, and cumulative.

Red light therapy works through photobiomodulation to support cellular function, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. Benefits build over consistent use. Clinical sources and practitioner guidelines recommend an initial protocol of 12 or more sessions (typically 2–3 times per week) as the “sweet spot” for meaningful, lasting results. This is the minimum commitment needed for the body’s adaptive responses to fully develop.

By initialing the Policies & Procedures section on your Intake Form, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Progress Monitoring (Required for Any Refund Consideration)

To ensure complete transparency, we perform objective InBody 580 body composition scans and six circumference measurements at Sessions 6 and 12 for every client.

For our 24-, 36-, and 72-session packages, we continue these progress checks every 6th or 12th session thereafter so you can clearly see and track your results over time.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis only.

For all clients (single sessions or packages):

• Before the 12th session: Refunds are possible only for a documented medical reason or a new severe contraindication (supported by a healthcare provider’s written note).
• After consistent use and the Session 12 progress check (InBody 580 + measurements), if you see and feel no difference whatsoever, you may submit a refund request. Your request must include a written statement or email in which you swear/affirm that the therapy has benefited you in no way (no reduction in pain, no improvement in energy, sleep, mobility, skin, circumference, or any other perceived benefit).

Special Rule for 24-, 36-, and 72-Session PackagesIf, at the halfway point of your package and after the scheduled InBody 580 scan and measurements, you have seen or felt no benefit, we will refund the remaining unused session balance within 30 days of your written request (subject to the same “no benefit” sworn statement above and all other rules).

Halfway points are:

• 24-session package → after Session 12
• 36-session package → after Session 18
• 72-session package → after Session 36

After the halfway point of any package, no further refunds will be issued if any positive change has been documented.

Services are non-transferable unless pre-approved in writing.

Refund Process and Calculation

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to tracy@redlighttherapyspallc.com or by letter to our address within 30 days of the relevant progress check (Session 12, halfway point, etc.).
• Approved refunds will be prorated based on sessions used versus those remaining.
• [In most cases] The refund amount will not exceed 10% of the initial package or service cost, even if prorated calculations suggest otherwise. This covers administrative costs,      facility use, practitioner time, and the non-refundable nature of wellness      services.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days.
• Single sessions and the $79 introductory intake are generally non-refundable, except in extraordinary medical circumstances.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session and deposit. Repeated occurrences may result in loss of future booking privileges.

Exceptions and Notes

• This policy applies to all wellness services unless a specific service has its own written terms.
• Results vary by individual factors (health, consistency, lifestyle, etc.). We provide education, guidance, and regular InBody 580 scans to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
• We strongly encourage completing the full recommended series for optimal results.

By booking or purchasing services at Red Light Therapy Spa LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy; the most current version is always posted on our website.
