Red Light Therapy Spa Policies and Procedures

 

Our Red Light Therapy Spa is dedicated to providing a serene and rejuvenating environment for our clients. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure that both our clients and staff have a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience. We kindly ask that all clients review and acknowledge these policies upon booking their appointment.

1. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Red Light Therapy Spa, you are expected to:

  • Please communicate your preferences, expectations, and any concerns to our staff to ensure a comprehensive visit. This will enable us to provide the best and most accurate service and ensure your safety.
  • Treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Adhere to the spa's published policies and procedures.
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete or update any necessary intake forms or consents.
  • Turn off or silence your cell phone during your visit to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
  • Please notify us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with any service you received.

2. Appointment Policies

To ensure that all clients have access to our services and to respect the time of our staff, we have the following appointment policies:

  • A credit card is required to book all appointments.
  • For single services, a 48-hour notice is required. Cancellations made at less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
  • For spa packages or multiple services, a 1-week cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 1 week's notice will be charged 50% of the total cost.
  • For groups (2 or more clients receiving services), a 2-week cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks' notice will be charged 50% of the total cost.
  • For house bookings or special events, a 30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will incur the full amount. Within 48 hours, a 50% charge of less than 30 days will apply for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.
  • Same-day appointments may be available, but if booked and not attended, the full service cost will be charged.


In the event of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe, we may waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.

3. Behavioral Policies

Red Light Therapy Spa has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of aggression, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other clients. Such behavior will not be tolerated from clients who exhibit it. 


This conduct will be banned from future services. We encourage all clients to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanor at all times.

4. Safety and Health Policies

We maintain a clean and sanitary environment. We maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and the well-being of our staff is our top priority.

You have the right to stop any treatment at any time for any reason.

Our staff are fully trained and certified at any time for any reason.

We adhere to all local health regulations and reserve the right to update our policies in accordance with current health advisories.


If you have any specific health concerns or conditions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs. If you feel unwell during treatment, please inform your practitioner immediately. We will take the necessary action.

5. Service Policies

During your visit:

  • You will be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.
  • Our staff will administer treatments in accordance with established protocols and spa policies.
  • You have the right to ask questions about your spa experience, including staff training, licensing, and certification.
  • If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can address your concerns.
  • For certain treatments, specific attire may be required. For example, for body treatments, please wear undergarments you don't mind getting messy, and for facials, please arrive without makeup.

6. Payment and Gratuity Policies

Payments for all spa gift cards must be made at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and spa gift cards. Gratuities are not included in the service prices. A standard gratuity of 15-20% is appreciated for excellent service, but it is entirely optional.

7. Confidentiality

Red Light Therapy Spa respects the privacy of all our clients. Any personal or health information you share with us will be kept confidential and used solely to deliver the best possible service to you. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. General Rules

Please turn off or silence your cell phone during your visit.

Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa lounge areas but must be accompanied by an adult.

Pets are not allowed in the spa, except for service animals or in service areas.

Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Water, coffee, and tea are provided complimentary, and we offer a catering menu for special events (please arrange at least 1 week in advance).
